Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we hear most before starting a project

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the project type: landing page — from ₽30,000, corporate website — from ₽75,000, online store — from ₽140,000, web app — from ₽225,000. We calculate the exact figure for your task in the on-site calculator or on a short call — no hidden fees.

What are the timelines?

Landing page — 5–7 business days, corporate website — 10–15 days, online store — 20–30 days, web app — from 30 days. The exact timeline is fixed in the contract once the scope is clear.

How does the work process look?

Discovery → strategy → design → development → testing → launch → support. At every stage you see an intermediate result and approve the next step.

What's included in the price?

Design, development, basic SEO setup, responsive layout and testing before launch. Additional services (ads, copywriting, integrations) are discussed separately.

What guarantees do you offer?

A 30-day bug-fix guarantee after launch. All agreements are fixed in the contract before work begins.

Can we pay in installments?

Yes, the standard scheme is an upfront payment plus payment upon completion of stages. Specific terms are discussed individually.

Is there support after launch?

Yes, we offer technical support and continued development after launch under separate terms.

Can we order only ads or SEO without a website?

Yes, we also work with existing websites: setting up ads, SEO and analytics separately from development.

Do you work with regions outside Moscow?

Yes, we work remotely across Russia, Armenia and the CIS — all communication happens online: calls, messengers, video calls.

Do I need to prepare the texts and photos myself?

No. We write the copy (our copywriting service) and can source stock images; if you already have brand photos, we'll use those.

What if I need the site very urgently?

An expedited launch is possible for an extra fee — discussed individually depending on scope and the team's current workload.

What industries do you work with?

Small and mid-sized businesses: beauty salons, auto services, construction and manufacturing companies, law firms, online stores and local businesses.

How fast do you respond to requests from the site?

Usually within 1–2 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00 MSK). Site leads are also sent to us on Telegram, so replies come quickly.

Can you redesign an existing site instead of building from scratch?

Yes, we also take on redesigns — keeping what already works while updating the design, speed and usability.

What's included in post-launch support?

Bug fixes, updates, small content edits and consultations. The exact scope and format of support is agreed separately after launch.

Who will actually work on my project?

The URARTU team: a project manager, a designer and a developer. You always deal with one point of contact, not rotating freelancers.
