This document describes the terms of using the URARTU website. A lawyer should review this text before the site goes live — it describes standard terms for a digital agency site with lead forms and a cost calculator.
1. General provisions
By using the urartu.net.ru website ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes: not to disrupt its operation, not to attempt unauthorized access to its systems, and not to use automated tools to bulk-collect data without permission.
3. Intellectual property
All Site materials — text, design, logo, images, and code — are the property of URARTU or are used under a valid license. Copying or reusing these materials without the Operator's written consent is not permitted, except as allowed by law.
4. Inquiries, estimates and proposals
The cost shown by the online calculator, and any other estimates on the Site, are indicative only and do not constitute a binding public offer. The final price, timeline, and scope of work are fixed in a separate contract after discussing the project with the client.
5. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site and is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use, or inability to use, the Site.
6. Links to third-party resources
The Site may contain links to third-party resources (messaging apps, social networks). The Operator is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such resources.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. The English and Armenian versions are provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian-language text prevails.
