URARTU

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This document describes what data the URARTU website collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. A lawyer should review this text before the site goes live — it describes standard data-handling practice for a site with a lead form and web analytics.

1. General provisions

The data controller is URARTU ("the Operator", "we"). This Policy applies to all data the Operator receives from users of the urartu.net.ru website ("the Site") and is drafted in line with applicable personal data protection law, including Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

2. What data we collect

Through forms on the Site (the contact form, the cost calculator, the blog subscription) we collect: name, phone number, email, company name, and any message submitted. Through analytics services we automatically receive technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and referral source. We do not request or collect special categories of data (health, religion, etc.).

3. Purposes of processing

Data submitted through forms is used to contact the user, prepare a proposal or cost estimate, and deliver the requested service. Technical data is used to analyze site traffic, improve the Site, and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

4. Legal basis for processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of the user's consent, given when any form on the Site is submitted. The user may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us through the details in the "Contact" section of this Policy.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and web analytics services — Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics (including via Google Tag Manager) — to collect anonymized visit statistics. Users can restrict cookie usage in their browser settings; this may affect some Site features.

6. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers required to run the Site: our hosting provider, our email delivery service, and the analytics services listed in Section 5 — only to the extent necessary for them to provide their services.

7. Storage and security

We apply organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including transmitting data over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and limiting internal access to data.

8. Retention period

Personal data submitted through forms is retained no longer than necessary for the purposes described in Section 3, or until the user withdraws consent, unless a longer period is required by law.

9. User rights

Users may request access to their personal data, its correction or deletion, request that processing be restricted, and withdraw consent to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

10. Children's data

The Site is not intended for individuals under 18, and the Operator does not knowingly collect data from such users. If we learn that a minor's data was collected without a legal guardian's consent, it will be deleted.

11. Changes to this policy

The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.

12. Contact

For any questions about how personal data is processed, please use the email address listed on the "Contact" page of the Site.
